Which Watch Winder fits my watch?

MODALO watch winders have been developed for all common automatic watches and cover a wide range of watches. Heavy watches up to 400 grams are reliably and gently wound by our powerful MODALO motors. Our innovative MV4 watch inserts cover watches with a diameter of up to 60 mm and bracelet lengths between 15 - 21 cm. In addition, we offer separately available watch inserts designed for particularly small wrists.

How must my Watch winder be adjusted?

The setting of the watch winder depends on the requirements of the movement/caliber installed in the watch. Depending on the model, the direction of rotation and revolutions (TPD) must be taken into account so that the watch is wound correctly. You can find out which settings are recommended for your watch on our “TPD Database” page. If your watch is not listed, we recommend the setting 900 TPD with left-right rotation.

Does my MODALO product have a warranty?

MODALO provides a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months on all products. Even after this period, MODALO service is there for you.

What do I do if I have a problem?

If unexpected problems occur during the operation of your watch winder, please go through the individual steps from the enclosed operating instructions. Please also note that the watch winder does not work continuously and that breaks of several hours are part of the program. If you still experience problems, please contact us so that we can assist you with your issue.

ORDER & SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

We usually ship the order on the next business day. The delivery within Germany takes place within 2-3 working days. You will receive a shipment number with the shipping confirmation, with which you can track the shipment status. If there is a major delay in delivery, please contact us.

What can I do if I don't receive my order?

You will receive a message from us with the current processing status. In addition, you can also view the status and tracking information in the login area. If the delivery times for your country should differ significantly, please contact us.

Where can I find my tracking information?

We will provide the tracking information by email and in the login area after the goods leave our warehouse.

What to do in case of wrongly delivered goods?

How about the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart once you have selected your items and your destination country. From an order value of 89 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

RETURN

What is the return policy?

All items can be returned within 14 days after the receipt. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging in perfect conditions. You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 7-14 days after the product has returned. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. How do I return an item?

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. In order to process a return, we need the completed return form, as well as the proof of purchase. To find out if a free return label will be provided in your case, please contact our customer service. To avoid transport damage and long processing times, the shipment should be sent in the same packaging as when you received the goods.

How do I know the status of my return?

We will automatically inform you about the current status of processing and ask for some patience. Usually we need 5 - 7 working days for the complete processing. If you still have questions, please contact us.
