CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of delivery. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

§5 We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

§6 You must return or hand over the goods to MODALO GmbH, Rungedamm 20, 21035 Hamburg without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

§7 You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 The costs are estimated at around EUR 8.49 within Germany.

§9 You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling

Items can only be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the right to a (full) refund.

Furthermore, there is no right of return for products that have been manufactured, individualized and / or procured according to customer specifications.

The amount will be refunded via your original payment method. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned items. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive the merchandise for your return or exchange to be processed.
